Lived Experience (Peer) Workforce Supervision (also known as Reflective Practice, Peer Reflection, Co-Reflection, Intentional Peer Support, Consumer Perspective Supervision, Carer Perspective Supervision and Peer Mentorship) presents an opportunity for Lived Experience (Peer) workers to regularly reflect on practice, expand their knowledge, and develop skills to take into their work with the assistance of a more experienced Peer Professional.
