The Mental Health Commission (Commission) acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Custodians of this country and its waters. The Commission wishes to pay its respects to Elders past and present and extend this to all Aboriginal people seeing this message.

The Commission is working to establish mental health, alcohol and other drug systems that meet the needs of Western Australia’s population and deliver quality outcomes for individuals and their families.

The Commission would like to recognise the individual and collective expertise of those with living or lived experience of mental health, alcohol and other drug issues. The Commission recognise the vital contribution you make by sharing your unique experience to achieve better outcome for all.
